I am a 24 year old British man currently living in Bristol UK, perhaps like you I have suffered with an uncontrollable facial blushing problem since I was a child. To many facial blushing is no big deal, but for me I found the condition to be a real problem especially in a social eviroment.
Over the last 6 months or so I decided to find out how to stop my facial blushing, I was’nt actually sure it was even possible but I found lots of help from lots of places so this little blog is reall a reflection of my search for a cure for blushing.
