Cure for blushing-Quick Tips To Stop Blushing
Although the following tips are by no means a cure for blushing they may help you control your excessive blushing..
So lets take a look at some measures you can employ to control your blushing:
The first tip is to reduce alcohol intake, Not sure if this is the case for everybody with a blushing problem but apparently drinking excessively can have a natural blushing effect on some people. I’ll be honest here I kind of found the opposite to be true in my case, but then drinking to help your social anxiety problem is always going to be a slippery slope.
Cut down on the curries and spicy food. Spicy foods are another item regarded as having a natural blushing effect, still not a cure for blushing but certainly worth trying (unfortunately I do like a nice chicken madras.. Oh dear).
Dress warm in the winter, and stay cool in the summer, basically it’s about keeping your body temperature regulated.
Emotions, obvious but still valid, try keeping your cool, loosing your temper will only make things worse.
Perhaps one of these tips will help you stop blushing or at least help you control blushing?, and if it does then this was worth writing.

I didn’t know that what I eat and drink have something to do with my blushing. I love spicy food, and I never thought it could be one of the causes of my problem. Thanks for this information.:)
