How I Cured My Excessive Blushing-What Worked For Me
Before I go on about my own experience of which product worked for me, I would point out that the same method might not be the best option for you.. For a better idea of what works I would advise you to read through the comments others have left so you can make a more informed choice. Just click the comments link above to read what others have used and feel free to leave your own suggestions.
As I mentioned earlier my blushing problem goes all the way back to childhood and for reasons which are now apparent I guess I was just born to be a chronic blusher. But as I’m sure you know blushing gets you down, not only that, blushing at anything and everything messes up your social life and can really put the boot in to your career aspirations.
Hence my unwavering determination to find a cure for blushing, now before I go on let me just say I’m sure there are lots of great off-line resources for people like me and you, but if I’m honest, just the thought of actually visiting a practitioner, or any kind of therapist in person would have made me blush.
So I looked for that elusive way to stop blushing online & here’s what I found:
You guessed it, lot’s & lot’s of junk, there are some really helpful forums which do help but on the whole I really only found 2 websites which offered a viable and practical blushing treatment, now I’m sure there are many more and I’d really like to hear about them, but I chose these two as I knew if they were rubbish I would definitely get my money back without question.
Now I really don’t want this blog to turn into some sort of sales page, and I’d much rather here your success stories so here’s what I’ll do, The following websites are the 2 that I refer to, both are similar however I personally preferred one over the other.
This is my preferred website:
Here’s the other website which offers almost the same treatment options:
You can click either of the links above to visit the websites directly (they will open in a new window when you click), both offer a guaranteed refund if your not happy and yes all refunds are honoured, I got one straight away from blushingbreakthrough, not because there was anything wrong with the help they were supplying, I just preferred the whole package supplied by stopblushingcure.
Please let me and everybody else know if either of these online courses helped you stop blushing, if you know of any other trustworthy websites which offer help or any better methods please leave a comment and link so we can all take a look
Now before you go rushing off to check out these websites or maybe you already have?,
I wanted to tell you about a little tip I discovered on a social phobia website, this one piece of information when combined with either of these courses and probably numerous others will help you beat your blushing and anxiety problems for good. I’ve put together a couple of pages which you can download, I’ll explain everything in the little report but basically it covers the theory of chemical imbalance as a contributing factor in some people suffering with social anxiety and uncontrolled blushing.
Use the guide with one of the listed products as I did, this is a way of altering or reducing the offending chemical, or put simply a method of curing the physical reason behind excessive blushing, unfortunately it will not work on it’s own, Why.. Because our minds learn to react to situations in a familiar manner, if we blush in certain circumstances our minds will continue to trigger that reaction even if we address any physical reasons for our excessive blushing, hence combining it with one of the courses mentioned.
If your going to order one of the courses mentioned and would like a copy of this report to go with it just let me know which course you purchased so I can send you the relevant report (this is free).
Now don’t forget to let me and everyone else know how these courses helped you or maybe they didn’t, & if you have any other recommendations please leave details and link in comment box, so we can all take a look.
Be sure to click on comments to see what everyone else has to say..
Cheers
Mark

Dear mark
I have looked at both of the websites you mention. Both of them look a bit like sales pages to me which put me off trying them. For anybody who is interested I found another website which is run by a real Clinical Psychologist called Dr T Snyder.
His technique is called Neuroplasticity and concentrates on a part of the brain called the amygdala.
This has worked for me and really is exciting stuff, it is also quite cheap and comes with a refund. I do not think there is anything else like this out there.
The website is
Social Anxiety Secrets
I’m not 100% cured but I am so much better and I now know I will get there.
Good luck
Jane
Thank you for your comments Jane, i have no experience of the website you mentioned, but I’ll take a look and maybe write something about it so other people can see if it might be for them.
I wish i had found this website before as i have tried lots of ways to stop blushing. Everyone should be very careful when buying courses of therapy on the internet as most it does not work. The websites you mentioned in your mainn article are known to me, out of the 2 you mention the one i find most helpful is stopblushingcure.com, i tried the other blushingbreakthrough.com but found it a little vague.
It’s good that people will be able to know what other people suffering with severe blushing are using as treatments, thank you.
warm regards
Emma
Thanks for leaving a response Emma, glad you found something that worked or is helping at least. Yes that’s the method I’m using, how are you finding it, was it what you expected. Would you like me to send you the little report I put together as you can use it with the stopblushingcure.com course? like I do. Let me know if you want me to send one, cheers
Mark
Hi Everyone, You could visit http://www.uncommonforum.com, its a free forum. I found lots of useful stuff there. I was thinking about having an operation (ETS) to stop my blushing but i think it costs about £4-5000, so i might have to wait.
Thank you all for your input
Mark
Can I ask one question, if I buy one of the courses that you have talked about how can I be so certain I will get my money back if I don’t like what they send or if the information does not work?.
I have bought things from the internet before and tried to claim a refund but it all seems a bit hit and miss, sometimes you get a refund other times you don’t even get a reply. You say that you can definitely get a refund, how can you be so sure?.
Hi Cortez, the products I am familiar with (the 2 mentioned in my article) are clickbank products, What does that mean.. Clickbank are kind of like an online payment processor, when you make a payment your funds go to them and not the owner of the product, they then hold the money for the period of the guarentee (2 months I think). So if you are not happy with anything you purchase through clickbank regardless of who the seller is you will definitely get your money back. All you have to do is send them an email asking for a refund (they supply an email address) & that’s it. As I mentioned I bought both courses at the same time, then realised they were similar, decided which one I wanted to try and asked for a refund for the other. I think I got my refund in a few hours.
I hope that answers your question.
If It is true and you can prove that i can get refund which is best what do you recomend
I have said which courses I purchased and which I think works better for me, but I don’t really want to tell you to go and by it as there might be a better alternative for you. Hopefully more people will leave their views on different blushing and anxiety courses, then you will be able to see which looks like it might be the most popular product to go with
Hello Mark
stopblushingcure.com seems popular and I’m thinking of trying it, if I get it today how can I get your guide & do I have to pay for your guide?
Just let me know which product you bought so I can send you the relevant report, you don’t need to pay for it (free).
I suffered with blushing for almost 6 years, i tried lots of things even makeup which isn’t great when your a man. I also started drinking quite a lot, especially if i knew i was going to be meeting people i did not know. The drink made me feel more confident, but then I started relying on it so drinking became a problem. I couldn’t find a way to stop blushing until I found this website: stopblushingcure.com I hope that helps.
I agree with your recommendation, I think stopblushingcure.com is the best option (for me anyway) & thank you for your free book it has really helped speed things up.
Penny
Hi Penny
Your welcome, hope it all works out for you, not sure if a few pages qualifies as a book but thanks anyway.
Dear Mark, Thank you for sending me your guide I am however not using it with the stopblushingcure.com technique as I had intended.
I was recommended to try another approach by quite a few people, I think the method is basically the same but this website has been around for a long time and people report having great success with their method called Panic Away, I hope this is still OK.
Thank you, Lucy
Awesome post this will really help me!
Thank you everybody, your comments, advice & recommendations are greatly appreciated.
Good site, thank you for your help. I have just ordered stopblushingcure & would like to get your book, can you send it to me please.
David

Thank you for the great advice, decided to get stopblushing course, so far so good. Will keep you updated.
Hi, i like your website, i wish it had been around about 6 months ago. I have spent $100′s trying to stop myself blushing at the drop of a hat, i even paid for 2 one to one sessions which cost a small fortune but had little affect. Luckily i found the stop-blushing course online a couple of months ago and it has made a real difference to my life. My thought process is completely different now especially in groups of people, i feel in control, perhaps even a little dominant, which increases my confidence more and more.
I do still occasionally blush, but i can now stop it.
Good luck everyone.
Carol Tiler

Genial brief and this fill someone in on helped me alot in my college assignement. Gratefulness you for your information.
Hope I’m not 1 in a million. I have looked on-line about blushing and have found NOTHING about redness in the ears only. I do not blush in the face/neck,etc. I also suffer HORRIBLE anxiety. Does anyone else turn blood red in the ears, and does this mean I have to stay on MASSIVE ammounts on anti-anxiety drugs for life which only help if I overuse them. Then I’m a zombie and get the same enjoyment out of going out as i would have with 2 red heaters on either side of my head(ears). I’m 34 w/ 34yrs of anxiety. Thanks for your genes ma and dad, LOL. Would really like to hear if anyone else has this problem. 9yrs ago my PC said I could see a plastic surgon. I thought he was kidding. Is this really the only way for someone w/ wicked anxiety? I have GAD, social phobia and panic disorder but still go out. I just hate being stared at or worse, reminded of it. Almost like telling a bald person he has no hair. Yes, I’m going through that too.
I’ve read about beta-blockers working. Also, Clonidine, a high BP med. I’m on Clonidine. Went over to a friends house for 1st time. Knew I would get red. After awhile I felt red and went to the b/room to put water on my face and noticed I wasn’t red. Thought it was the lighting so I checked when I got home and looked fairly normal. Then googled the meds I’m on and supposedly Clonidine works. I took it a couple hrs before going over. Yesterday, I was @ home alone and started getting real hot for no reason, so I took a Clonidine and waited. It took a couple hrs for it to go away. So, does this work and if so does it take a couple hrs to kick in or did I just give it enough time to go away on it’s own? It usually lasts hrs. Anyone know the diff between high BP med and a beta-blocker(my dads on one, Propononaol I think) for BP also. Did I stumble on a cure I’ve been looking for for 20+yrs or was this just a fluke?
Thank you for a great website and to all the people leaving their comments. Before I saw what everyone had to say I was very sceptical about buying anything for my blushing from the internet.
Just downloaded the stopblushing course, hope it works for me as it has done for others.
Thanks
Evan
My cousin recommended this blog and she was totally right keep up the fantastic work!
Hey mate, really liked this post. Can ‘t seem to get it to format right in Internet Explorer, everything is folded up, but it works fine in Firefox so no worries.
As someone who has suffered from blushing for my entire life, I appreciate this article & thanks for the links. I will check them out.

Nice Blog and nice specific topic….
very interesting and knowledgeable information, thanks for sharing it…..:)
hay! really nice post.. hope these method will help me
I didn’t even know there was a cure for blushing! I honestly didn’t realize there were people who wanted to somehow diminish their natural blushes; I’ve always found it an endearing trait.
Nothing wrong with going a little red in your cheeks!
Whoa! This was my first time to encounter that blushing becomes a problem to some. I don’t think blushing is a big deal because when we blush it is a natural reaction of a person who is happy. It would be a problem if your face is always blushing or reddish without any reason that’s the time that you should seek the help of the doctor. blushing is just psychological and if you as a person knows how to control your emotions you can control it. Maybe others are really affected socially because they are blushing in front of others it’s quite embarrassing.
An easy cure for blushing is facial moisturizer that reduces redness. I use it and have for some time and now have a great, even tone to my skin. I’m a guy so for you guys wondering, it’s ok to use it lol.
This reminds me of a girlfriend I had in elementary school. She would blush so much and turn to red that some of the kids would start to pick on her. She cried a few times.
I didn’t take part in this and I actually felt bad for her. I wonder what happened to her and I’m sure she’s a strong woman now.
Thanks for the killer cures.
EDIT – This is the correct comment without errors.
Thanks for sharing ways to stop some excessive way to prevent blushing. Glad to read about this information; be back for more reading.
You all need 2 try the linden method it’s amazing it helped me wonders
Hmmmnn..Recently I noticed that I blush more often. And I can’t stop it to happen and I’m always noticed by my friend seated next to me. Honestly speaking reading this blog also made me blush and smile. This is really a new information to me knowing that blushing today already has a cure huh? But I think blushing is just a normal feeling that each of us should experience once in while.
If you’re going to blush, why not smile and show off your pearly whites? Get your teeth cleaned by a dentist and be a proud blusher! By the way, fun post…
Sherri
i would’ve also recommended you local massage with argan oil. it is very known for reducing blushing and any other kind of skin disorders. many thanks for the useful post.
