Hi Mark, You are right about the stress factor triggering excessive blushing. I think there are similar problems, like excessive sweating, for example, that can have the same cause – stress and anxiety.
And Yoga is excellent treatment for these problem because it helps relaxing and concentrating on the inner processes.
I know relaxation can be achieved by doing yoga exercises but I’ve got no idea that it could be a cure for blushing as well. Thank you for sharing this information, this will really help people with blushing problems.
Very informative. I’ll share it with to a friend who has minor problems when it comes to blushing. Blushing looks cute but sometimes gets in the way, makes you get into trouble.
